Cross River State Governor has appointed the Chairman Nigerian Union of Journalists Abuja Chapter Emmanuel Ogbeche as its Chief Press Secretary
This was made known through a press statement issued in Calabar today
Other appointments announced includes that of Chief of Staff, Chief of Protocol, Security Advisers etc
