Breaking: President Buhari's Violates Electoral Act , Dìsplays Thumb Printed Ballot Paper After Voting


President Muhammadu Buhari has breached the INEC rule of secret ballot as contained in Section 94 of the Electoral Act

The President was visibly seen displaying his ballot papers to the crowd  revealing candidates he voted for after casting his vote at Dayra in Katsina 

The offence carries a fine of N500,000 or a prison term of six months or both 

But by the provision of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria the President is immuned from prosecution
