In what many have described as an infringement of their fundamental human rights the new Local Government Chairman Of Okene Local Government Area, Zubair Amoka, has been captured on camera shaving the dreadlocks of some boys in the local government
The boys were randomly captured and taken to the chairman who personally shaved their hair
Neither the State government or the Police have spoken on the incident
