2027: Atiku Abubakar Replies Oba Of Lagos

The 2027 Presidential Candidate of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has stated very confidently, that he will defeat President Bola Tinubu in the coming 2027 Presidential election, through the ballot.

Atiku made this known through his Media Aide, Phrank Shaibu, while reacting to the latest declaration by the Oba of Lagos, Oba Riliwanu Akiolu, that there would be no vacancy in Aso Rock, for the next four or five years, following his endorsement of President Bola Tinubu, for another term in Office, despite his failures.

According to Atiku, no individual can endorse President Tinubu on behalf of over 200 million Nigerians. The people, and not Kings, Courtiers or All Progressives Congress, APC, Campaign Councils, will decide the next President of Nigeria, come 2027, through the ballot.

His words: "One important thing that I know very well, is that for the next four or five years, there is no vacancy in Aso Rock.

"There will be a vacancy in 2027, because the Constitution says so. You may endorse Tinubu, but you cannot endorse him on behalf of over 200 million Nigerians. The people, and not Kings, Courtiers or APC Campaign Councils, will decide that through the ballot.

“Kabiyesi, democracy is not a coronation. You may have a preferred Candidate, but you do not have the authority to declare Nigeria’s Presidential election settled, before Nigerians vote.”

Political Analysts argue that Atiku's cemented and still growing popularity across Nigeria’s geopolitical zones, would give him a significant edge in the 2027 Presidential race, particularly as President Tinubu appears to be losing ground in the North, where his political support is increasingly coming under pressure.

Millions of Nigerians have continued to buy into Atiku’s exciting Plans for Nigeria, especially after he unveiled his 12-Point Policy Agenda, which includes security, cheaper transportation and food, end to Students debt trap, and cheaper goods through the Eastern Ports.

He also promised to revive Border businesses, ensure fair electricity bills, make available $10 billion for youths and women empowerment, and ensure that Nigerians are able to go to their Farms, without being harmed or killed again.

Available Healthcare services, more power to States and cut in government waste, also made the list of what Nigerians will benefit greatly, when Atiku is elected in 2027.
