An alleged crippled kidnapper Buhari Haruna of Kankiya Local Government of Katsina state has been apprehended by the police
Haruna was arrested while picking up a ransom of N2m brought by one Hamisu Salisu of the same Local Government , who had been threatened by Haruna.
Further investigation is ongoing to reveal if he has other accomplices
