MAN BUTCHERED BY 35 THUGS FOR REPORTING ILLEGAL LAND SPECULATOR (OMONILE) TO POLICE IN LAGOS





A man is now lying down under critical condition at a Lagos hospital after he was butchered by thugs led by a notorious land speculator aka omonile in the Makoko area of Lagos yesterday.

According to an investigation carried out by CKN News,a young man who goes by the name OLALEKAN OLAIYA one of the OMO ONILE in makoko sold a parcel of land at Rafiu Street,Amukoko Yaba that is supposed to be a road linking to other streets to someone without any recourse to town planning laws.


This led to a concerned citizen living in the area one,Mr  RAFIU SULAIMAN OGUNDELE whose his house is just by the junction of the road to report the development to the police station at ADEKUNLE POLICE STATION YABA on the 21st of September 2016.

By the next morning 22/09/2016, the said Mr OLALEKAN OLAIYA invited 35 fully armed area boys area boys to attack the complainant.

He was attacked with cutlasses, bottles and other dangerous weapons.

At the end of it all,he was left in a poll of his own blood by his attackers who thought he was dead.


A family member who does not want his name in print said none of his attackers have been arrested by the police at Makoko police station where the initial complaint was made.

According to him, the man who also happens to be a landlord lost so much blood in the process and the possibility of pulling through is very slim as doctors battles to save his life.

CKN news attempt to reach the spokesman of the Lagos command of the Nigerian police failed as at the time of going to press.
