NIGERIANS have been enjoined to hold serious prayer sessions to avert a
deadly plane crash this month of July.
Prophet Samuel Oyadara, who is the founder of Christ for All Peoples
Church, Ojoo, Lagos, made the call while speaking on Saturday.
The cleric, who had, in his new year message, predicted likehood of the
occurrence, said Nigerians should pray fervently now in order to prevent the
mishap for their air travellers this month because God’s warning kept coming to
him on the message that He earlier delivered to him as part of the new year
message.
According to Oyadara, he, together with his church members, have since
engaged in prayers, seeking the face of God to stop the imminent plane crash.
The prophet submitted that every power belonged to God, expressing the
belief that the creator was always prepared to listen to whoever called on Him
genuinely.
He enjoined Nigerians to always look up to God for the salvation of
their souls and the one who could always avert or put a stop to any problem
confronting the country.
“With prayer, God will do our biddings for us, but we must seek His face
genuinely, with all our heart. That is why myself and members have since
engaged in prayer sessions to avert the plane crash. I call on Nigerians to do
same individually and collectively too. I know our God is a listening God, He
will answer our prayers,” he said.
