Power or electricity is the bedrock of every economic development across the globe. In order to provide effective and adequate electricity, the Federal Government under President Goodluck Jonathan privatized the sector. It has promised to improve electricity to 4000 megawatts by June 2014 and about 10000 megawatts by the end of the year. But its obvious from reports across the country that electricity supply has reached its lowest point in recent weeks. The initial excuse was that the pipelines distributing gas were sabotaged, now no cogent reason is being given for the current situation. With this trend, how would you rate the Goodluck Jonathan's administration in the provision of power.. GOOD,FAIR or BAD
Very bad
ReplyDeletePoor

DeleteFar better than others
ReplyDeleteIf I Should Rate Goodluck Jonathan On Power, I Would Prefer To Use The Term 'Worst'.
ReplyDelete'Bad' Is Too Lenient A Term To Use In Describing The Current Power Situation In The Country.
Wealther some people like it or not he is d best predent nigeria ever had
ReplyDeleteSo far so good
ReplyDeleteUnstable!
ReplyDeleteBetter than before, we appreciate his effort.
ReplyDeleteBad or worst govt

ReplyDeleteNo different from how he (GEJ) met it
ReplyDeleteWORST than ever.
ReplyDeleteCKN anti GEJ, Why will u conderm gej Gov B4 question? You said there Excuse B4 was pipe line Sabotg and now no excuse to give, What do you expect from people ?
ReplyDeleteWorst than ever. Jonathan took the wrong step by privatizing power holding company of Nigeria. The same staffs were sold to new owners to continue the rot. Nigeria is the only country among OPEC members that does not have his own power firm. Power generation mad distribution is a public utility , meaning it is a sole responsibility of the goverment . It is only in a failed goverment that power generation is in private hands.
ReplyDeleteWorst even dan ever. Power was better dan now during d military era. Sme fools wil just kill demsef cuz of mr jonathan. Politics apart power generation is worst dan eva b4.
ReplyDeleteIt is obviously worst
ReplyDeleteTerrible

ReplyDeleteWhat do u pple xpect? During d first stakeholders 'meeting on power road map in Lagos,Makoju and Bello Suleiman (4mer MD) said we were not ripe 4 it ,unless if d so called Investors would their power stations. Moreover,Obj warned him.
ReplyDeleteWith GEJ,PDP n its cohorts, its almost not feasible in Naija 2 hv steady power supply cos Naija pple are going thru d worst situation of electricity supply.we need an outright change in d hands of power.
