BAYELSA STATE HOUSE MEMBER UNBELIEVEABLE CONSTITUENCY PROJECT CONDEMNED

This was the "ultra modern" floating toilet built by Bayelsa State House of Assembly member Kate Owoko built for her community.

She was so thrilled and excited with her "achievement" that she invited the press for the commissioning.
