DISREGARD THE RUMOUR OF HAUSA/YORUBA CLASHES AT OGERE

The attention of the Ogun State police command has been drawn to a rumour in circulation that there is an ethnic clash between Yoruba and Hausa in ogere Ogun State.

The command wishes to debunk the rumour.Such news is baseless and not true.

The Commissioner of Police Ogun State CP Abdulmajid Ali has therefore urged members of the general public to disregard the rumour and go about their lawful businesses as we have peace in Ogun State.

All hands have been on deck to maintain the peaceful coexistence we enjoy in the state.
