Former President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Mazi Afam Josiah Osigwe, SAN, has commissioned the State-of-the-Art Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital and General Hospital in Rumuigbo, Obio-Akpor LGA, Rivers State.
The two healthcare facilities were delivered by Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, as part of efforts to improve healthcare infrastructure and services across the state.
Speaking on the projects, Governor Fubara said the modern facilities will help ensure better healthcare delivery for the people of Rivers State.
