Some Nigerians have debunked the claims by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that corruption has been reduced to the barest minimum in Nigeria since assuming power
President Tinubu made the claim during his recent visit to Brazil
According everything has been put in place to block all the loopholes in corruption
But speaking on a political programme anchored by Executive Editor CKNNews Chris Kehinde Nwandu, Inside Politics With CKN aired on Silverbird Television on Friday, a Deputy Director with SERAP Mr Oluwadare Kolawole said rather than abetting , corruption has been on the rise under the current administration
He gave several examples to back his argument
Mr Kolawole also condemned the attempt by RMFAC to increase the salaries of Political office holders in the country , saying it is insensitive
According to him, there are other key areas that needs funding including the Academic Staff Union of Universities and University lecturers who are currently threatening to embark on strike
