Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has scheduled a meeting with the leadership and members of the Rivers State House of Assembly.
This was contained in a letter, signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr Tammy Danagogo, obtained by CKNNews on Sunday
The meeting is fixed to hold on Monday 10th March, 2025 at Government House, in Port Harcourt.
As stated, the meeting will discuss the payment of all outstanding remuneration or allowances of the Honourable members; and the Presentation of Budget and sundry matters.
Also, the meeting will address the provision of a befitting space for the Assembly's sittings and any other matter(s), as may be necessary, to chart the way forward in the best interest of the State.
