Done and dusted. My community found me worthy of a Chieftaincy title, Uka Dike 1 of Etim-Uku,, which eventually took place on Saturday, September 17, 2022.
It was indeed a celebration of culture and tradition at its best.
The coronation was partly performed by the Onotu Uku of Etim-Uku, High Chief Igweoku Chukwumah and finalized, with the crowning later in the day, by Ozojini Ogwe of Etim-Uku, Afor clan, Ogbuiji (Chief) Pius Okija Ossai.
My special appreciation goes to my esteemed guests that made it to the memorable and historic event and those who were with me in spirit.
The event, which had the Natioal President of Aquatic Federation of Nigeria, Chief (Mrs.) Chinoye Edaphe-Aliyu, as Mother of the Day, was graced by eminent personality that includes Delta State Commissioner for Girl Child Development and Empowerment, Dr. Mrs. Nkechi Enumah-Chukura, as Special Guest of honour, Chairman of Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, , Delta State chapter, state Correspondent chapel chairman, Comrade Dominic Adewale, Sir Dele Omenogor, Odogwu Adi Ebuo, Odogwu Abi of Emu Kingdom, High Chief Ifeanyi Oliaku, High Chief Chekem Edafe and High Chief Goddy Otuya among others
