Ipob leader Nnamdi Kanu has been moved back to the custody of the DSS as the court rejected his lawyer's application to be taken to Kuje prison in Abuja.
The court has also adjourned the trial till Wednesday, November 10.
Kanu had earlier pleaded not guilty to the terrorism charges preferred against him by the FG
