Did DCP Abba Kyari actually obtain N8m as alleged by the FBI from Hushpuppi
According to FBI , the money was traced to Abba Kyari through a payment slip found in a WhatsApp chap with Hushpuppi
But CKN News scooped that the N8m was not a payment made to him but evidence of money he helped Hushpuppi recover from a debtor
It was gathered that Hushpuppi contacted the super cop after someone swindled him of N8m .
The alleged suspect was arrested and made to refund the money
The payment slip found on Hushpuppi WhatsApp sent to Abba Kyari was evidence of the payment he made to the swindler and not payment or transfer as being alleged
Our source also said that the Committee set up by the IGP has also began its work and it ie expected that the super cop will be exonerated of the allegations
CKN News further investigation has also revealed that at no time did the FBI interrogate Abba Kyari on all the allegations made against him or given the opportunity to defend himself .
He it was learnt already read the allegations on social media just like others which some claimed was unprofessional.
Some senior lawyers like Mike Ozekhome SAN and Femi Falana SAN have already spoken on the issue ,saying that Nigeria laws must not be breached while tackling the allegations levelled against the policeman who is currently on suspension pending the outcome of the probe
