A
case instituted against the Publisher of CKN News, Chris Kehinde Nwandu by the
Managing Director of Fidelity bank,Mr Nnamdi Okonkwo before Hon Justice J K
Dagat of the Federal High Court Lagos was withdrawn on Wednesday 29th
June 2016 .
The
case was thereafter struck out..It began on the 3rd of September 2015.
We
wish to use this opportunity to thank everyone that stood by us all through the
trial,too numerous to mention and most specially our lawyer, human right lawyer
Ebun-olu Adegboruwa who took up the case on our behalf.
