JOURNALIST ACCUSES EBONYI GOVERNOR OF VICTIMIZATION

The Commissioner of Police
Ebonyi State Command
Abakaliki

Dear Sir,
THREAT TO LIFE AND PROPERTY
My attention has been drawn to the unconventional means being adopted by the agents of Ebonyi State Government to forcefully evict me and my family from Block B14, Liberation Estate, Opposite Widow Care Centre, Abakaliki where we reside.
It is pertinent to note that I have a valid tenancy of the said property belonging to Okposi Development Centre, where I was the Coordinator until recently (Attached herewith is a photocopy of the Tenancy Agreement).
I got a call at about 10pm last night (Monday, 24th August, 2015) from Engr. Emma Nwafor, the Head of Personnel Management of the Development Centre, informing me that he had been directed, albeit orally, by one Mr. Austine Umahi, a younger brother to the Governor of Ebonyi State to eject me from the building latest by 3pm today.
I also gathered that they are in the process of recruiting hoodlums to effect the ejection.
MY PRAYERS:
1. That you should use your good offices to avert the imminent violation of my fundamental human rights and that of my entire household.
2. That you provide immediate security for me and members of my family to avoid a repeat of the ugly incidence of the kidnap of my wife on August 7, last year.
3. That you should call Mr. Austine Umahi to order who sent me a threatening sms last night at about 10.23pm, where he described me as “a disappointment to our generation”.
Sir, I make this request believing that swift action would be taken to forestall anything untoward happening to me and members of my family.

Yours Faithfully,

MAGNUS EZE

NOTE PLS: The current onslaught against me may not be unconnected with my recent decision to join the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the on-going membership registration exercise in the state.
