As a journalist and a true son of igboland who was born and brought up in Lagos with all the privileges that goes with it.I totally condemn the action and statement of the oba of Lagos..Lagos has been home to all without any discrimination...The oba cannot put a knife to the mutual and cordial relationship between the igbos,yorubas and all other ethnic groups in the state..some igbos are even commissioners in Lagos..the apc publicity Secretary in Lagos joe igbokwe is an igboland..we have inter married..while we condemn in the strongest terms the outburst of oba akiolu,we should not throw away the child with the birth water..akin ambode has always shown utmost respect for igbos all through his campaign and must be taken for his words and given the benefits of the doubt..the statement by oba akiolu does not represent that of ambode..I hope oba akiolu is not a mole out to destroy the apc candidate's chances at the poll..All igbos should see ambode as a man of peace and try to detach him from the apron of a relatively power drunk monarch..eko oni baje
