Traffic Gridlock Sacks GTBank From Creek Road Apapa

The planned closure of the Creek Road Apapa branch of GTBank is set to complete the specter of relocation of business premises on the ever busy road leading to the nation' a port.
The bank in a notice to its customers said it is closing down the Creek road branch effective May 1.
Although no reason was given for the closure, sources said the heavy traffic which has significantly reduced customers' turnout in the branch is the reason behind the closure.
Business interests around the Apapa axis has in recent suffered major setbacks due to traffic logjams which is caused by damaged road networks and activities of tanker and trailer drivers heading in and out of the port. The Creek road Branch of the Bank is directly in front of Nigeria's foremost Newspaper THISDAY
