Police Dismiss Corporal For Raping 4 Years Old Girl

The Plateau State Police Command has dismissed a police corporal, Damudu Bzibu, who allegedly raped a four-year-old girl, Helen.
Bzibu, with force number, 378612, was attached to the Special Task Force on security in Jos, when he, on March 26, 2014, around 9am at Kassa, Barakin Ladi Local Government Area, lured Helen and raped her.
Plateau State Police Commissioner, Mr. Chris Olakpe, who paraded the suspect along with other criminals at the state police headquarters in Jos on Tuesday, said Helen’s father discovered that blood was gushing from the private part of his daughter and after inquiry, the girl told him that she was raped by Bzibu.
Olakpe said the suspect was later identified as Bzibu of 14 PMF, Markudi, attached to Sector 7 of STF. He said the Inspector General of Police had shown special interest in the case, adding that the suspect was given an orderly room trial, found guilty and had been dismissed.
The commissioner also paraded a 12-year- old boy, who was said to have stabbed his elder brother to  death.
Also arrested and paraded were four armed robbers, who invaded the home of a Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Julie Anpe. The robbers were said to have been arrested by men of ‘A’ Division, led by CSP Victor Dimkpa.
Other suspects paraded included a man, Benjamin Toma, who beat his wife to death because she did not yield to his sexual advances; a suspect, who along with four others now at large, conspired to kill a 20-year old boy; and a man who sold his son for N350,000.
Olakpe said the suspects would soon be charged to court, adding that the case against the rapist cop would not be swept under the  carpet.
The commissioner displayed some recovered vehicles and enjoined members of the public, whose vehicles were recently snatched, to report to the police with proper identification for collection.

  1. It too unfair to hear that a police officer who committed such offence was only dismissed.I wonder what message this has sent to people of his type in the hide-out.

  3. 2nd τ̲̅ȍ †ђξ last paragraph: Olakpe said †ђξ suspects would soon ß̥̊ε̲̣̣̣̥ charged τ̲̅ȍ court adding that "†ђξ case against †ђξ rapist cop would not ß̥̊ε̲̣̣̣̥ swept under the carpet". Meaning, †ђξ rapist is not just dismissed but will also face judgement in †ђξ court of law.
