The Bayelsa state police command Monday said it has
made appreciable progress in the hunt for the abductors of the 70 year old
cousin of President Goodluck Jonathan. The Police Command said it
has arrested 57 year old traditional title holder and three others as its noose
closes in on the kidnappers.
This is coming as the command also dismissed as
"wicked lie" the claims that the abducted 70 years Chief
Inengite Nitabai has been killed in the kidnappers den.
