Stupid Picture Adverts On Olusegun Obasanjo

Of late some faceless people have been posting and running negative adverts on former President Olusegun Obasanjo..While it is their right to do so,but these adverts have been taken to a very ridiculous height in recent time. Some media houses are being used to post these pictures .One of which is this picture culled from the website of one of Nigeria's leading National Newspaper.Though the ads was from google ad,we at CKN Nigeria condemn this type of negative publication in its entirety..This does not portray us in good light in the comity of Nations..We can still make our points in whatever manner without reducing ourselves to the level of animals..CKN Management

  14. These funny pictures are surfacing becos of OBJ's letter to Goodluck Jonathan, period and they can only come from paid agents of those OBJ attacked in his letter. But the truth is that the pictures, ugly as they may look, will never kill the message in Obasanjos's letter. Obasanjo may be bankrupt morally and ethically as some people posit, but intellectually, he is sound. Now, when some people say he has no moral credentials to write such a letter to Jonathan, I ask, (suppose Obasanjo went to court with these allegations as a concerned citizen who feels bad about the way the present government governs Nigeria, will the court be probing his morals or rule on the merit of the case? Lets take the message but leave the messenger. If a mad man threatens to kill you, do you leave your doors and flanks open because, ooh, the threat is coming from a mad man? Your likely reaction will be to take the message or threat, then begin to watch your back/secure your house. What I mean here is that Nigerians should take Obasanjo's message seriously because he has some good points in there, eventhough he may be baaaad, afterall, if you went to buy bread or wine and while the outside looked dirty and bad, the inside looked good, wont you buy? Lets please look at OBJ's letter in that perspective - remove the wheat from the chaff and use the wheat, period.

  15. i went to the site and was so disgusted by their antics that i attempted to leave a long comment but the site didnt let me (obviously). i think they are deleting comments cos they dont want to stop their stupidity. as for those supporting this madness, i think you guys r sick. obj isnt a saint but he is a former president and a human being. show some respect. below is the comment i tried to post on the lestweforgetnaija website:

you people are a disgrace to journalism! that's if you call yourselves journalists at all. the first obvious thing i notice about this your ludicrous post is that no one cares what you lot think or have to say cos we all know who is behind you people and frankly this isn't a respectable way to respond to Obj. Its sad that you lot would stoop to this shameless act, and why after the 18 page letter? Seriously? Get a life you guys! Ive been coming back to this site to see any comments people have been writing so the fact that there aren't any suggests 2 possibilities; a) no one cares what you guys say or think. b) you are deleting comments because they dont favor your opinions. And to be advertising on almost every website? thats low! Who advertises an article in a rubbish website on almost all websites viewed in Nigeria? EFCC needs to come audit your accounts cos we need to know how rich you are to be doing all that advertising yet there are NO adverts on your page! Grow up guys. If Nigeria is moving too fast for you guys to keep up then get the heck out of the way. Then the nerve to portray our former President as an ape in your stupid advert is so distasteful and irresponsible and down right racist. Then you wonder why whites still call us monkeys. Its because of idiots like you!
