Report reaching CKN Nigeria has it that Rivers State Commissioner of Sports Fred Nwigwe was shot by unknown gunmen around Eleme Junction yesterday evening..CKN Nigeria spoke with Rivers State Commissioner of Information Mrs Ibim Semenitari who confirmed the story..The Commissioner however survived the attack.
