Sulaiman Muhammed,Daily Trust Editor Buried



Sulaiman Muhammed, the Managing Editor of Media Trust Limited, died abruptly this morning shortly after assuming duty for the day.
The company, publishers of Trust newspapers, gave no details as to what happened, but said in terse statement he has been buried according to Islamic rites in Keffi, Nassarawa State.
Malam Muhammed was said to have left for the bank shortly after arriving at his office in Abuja as usual, only to collapse upon getting there.  Although sympathizers immediately rushed him to the hospital he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
The brief statement from the organization reads ‘With a heavy heart we regret to announce the loss of Media Trust's Managing Editor, Malam Sulaiman Muhammed who died this morning. He has been buried according to Islamic rites at about 3.30 pm in Tudun Wada quarters Keffi, Nassarawa State.
Associates and staff of Media Trust described the late Muhammed as a kind, compassionate and charismatic man who contributed immensely to the growth of the organization.
