All commercial activities came to a halt today in
Kaduna over the death of Patrick Yakowa.
The government declared today a day of mourning and
work free day to mourn the amiable governor.
CKN Nigeria check within the metropolis showed a lull
in business activities..All Banks ,commercial houses ,shops and government
offices remained closed
Markets were also under lock and key.
Late Governor Yakowa died in Bayelsa on Saturday in a plane crash where he attended
the funeral of the father of an aide of
President Goodluck Jonathan, Oronto Douglas.
