Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi of River State said ,his government will arrest and prosecute all those involved in the killing of four students of University of Port Harcourt .The students were killed in cold blood in the state on Friday for alleged stealing.
According to a release from government house Port Harcourt,the governor said key participants in the gruesome murder are being hunted by security agents within and outside the State to make sure that they pay for their crime..CKN
