A Disgrace to his uniform we guess ..Col K I Yusuf flying his flag on his 406 Peugeot car Reg BO 150 NA was caught right on the BRT Lane by Gov Raji Fashola yesterday..He refused to leave the lane until BRF suddenly showed up and got the Vehicle impounded..BRF told him,“if u are not ready to obey our laws ,leave our state”..What do u make of people like Col Yusuf?...CKN
