The Corps Marshal and Chief Executive of the Federal Road Safety Corps ,Dr Boboye Oyeyemi has assured the Editorial team of CKN News that he will personally attend the 1st Annual CKN News Annual Lecture holding in Lagos.

Dr Oyeyemi gave this assurance yesterday when he received in audience the management team of the frontline online media platform who were at the Corporate Headquarters of the Agency in Abuja on a courtesy visit.

He commended the vision behind the programme which according is timely and relevant.

According to him,I have watched with keen interest in the past few years the steady and professional manner with which you have carried out your duties.

Yours have become a credible platform to rely on every time for accurate and timely information.

Your creativity in harnessing various social media platforms for your news dissemination is worthy of emulation.

As a lead Agency,we are proud to be associated with your lofty ideas.

Accept my candid assurance that I’ll personally attend the event, God willing.

In his own speech, the Editor In Chief of CKN News,Chris Kehinde Nwandu said ,the management team was at the FRSC headquarters to personally thank the Agency for its support since the news platform hit the “digital super highway” about seven years ago.

He assured him that the News Medium will not rest on its oars and wish to thank him for accepting to be the SPECIAL GUEST OF HONOR at first the inaugural lecture.

The 1st CKN News inaugural lecture holds on Tuesday 13th June 2017 at Renaissance Hotel,38 Isaac John Street,GRA ,Ikeja,Lagos starting from 11am prompt.

The Guest Speaker is the Honorable Minister of Transport,Hon Chibuike Amaechi.

Key note address will be given by the Executive Vice Chairman of NCC,Prof Umar Danbatta.

The event will be chaired by the Governor of Abia State,Dr Okezie Ikpeazu while Governor Akinwunmi Ambode is the Chief Host. 

Among the top officers of the FRSC at the visit was Commander Bisi Kazeem,the Head Media and Public Relations of the Agency.
