The death is announced of Pa Andrew Ohaeri of Umuawa
Alaocha, Umuahia North Local Government
in Abia State.
A Philanthropist, devout Christian and retired staff of
the Nigerian Railway Corporation in Kano State, Pa Andrew was an Insurance
Executive with the defunct British American Insurance Company.
He passed on at the age of 90 years and will be laid to
rest at his home town, Umuawa Alaocha, Umuahia North LGA in Abia State on 13th
March 2017.
According the family, there will be a Christian
wake-keep in his compound in Umuawa Alaocha on 12th May 2017, which
will be followed by interment in his compound after a church service on 13th
May 2017.
He is survived by his wife, Children and Grand-Children
among whom are former Manager News with the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA),
Mrs. Charity Eke-Ejelam and Head of Operations, Keffi Unit Command of the
Federal Road Safety Corps in Nasarawa State, Chief Route Commander, Ohaeri
Osondu who is also the Immediate Past Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of
Public Relations, FCT Abuja Chapter.
