PICTURE:BUHARI,OSINBAJO RECIEVING THEIR CERTIFICATE OF RETURN TWO YEARS AGO

On the 2nd of April 2017,exactly two years ago,President Muhammadu Buhari and his Vice,Yemi Osinbajo recieved their Certificate of return from the then Chairman of INEC Prof Attahiru Jega.

This came after the then President,Goodluck Jonathan in a move that took so many people by surprise had conceded defeat leading to the announcement of INEC declaring the APC candidates as the winners of the election
