BAUCHI GOVERNOR APPOINTS 12 SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANTS


Bauchi State Governor, Mohammed Abubakar, has inaugurated a 12-man committee to supervise and coordinate the state’s activities on social media.

The announcement was contained in a statement posted on the state’s Facebook page Thursday afternoon.

Mr. Abubakar’s office said the 12 individuals were pooled from the three senatorial districts in the state and had been tasked with the “responsibility of showcasing and propagating the good work of the Governor of the State on social networks”.

The appointees, who are expected to act in an interim capacity, will design the government’s social media and communication strategy.

The appointees are Sanco Isyaka Burra, AA Hardawa, Abdullahi Bappah Darazo, Usman Ahmed Misau, Usman Soja Chinade, Sani Bala and Shamsu Hadi Aliyu.


Others are Sagir Umar Yana, Zayyad JD Hassan, Buhari Garba Doya, Aisha Usman Wanka, and Yahaya Alfa.
