Corruption in the highest.Does it mean that there no more intellectuals in Nigeria that hanging their certificates on the bedroom wall,looking for job that this governor has to appoint a mother of such calibre to be a councillor? what level of mockery is this?I am of the opinion that the governor should be sacked with immediate effect.
