Forget all the speculations that have been
flying around concerning the forthcoming 50th birthday celebration of
Mrs. Toyin Saraki. We can now reveal that Mrs. Saraki, the Founder of
Wellbeing Foundation Africa, will be marking the occasion on September 6, 2014
by putting smiles on the faces of the needy in Kwara State.
Sources revealed that though there are a couple of other events scheduled for the landmark celebration, the main event for her is that which will be hosted by Alaafia Kwara, an initiative she established as First Lady of Kwara State and has sustained over the years.
We also have it on good authority that later that day, the cream of Nigerian political class will also be heading to Kwara because her husband, Senator Abubakar Bukola Saraki has planned a mega event in her honour.
That is not all, our sources say that friends of Mrs. Saraki, who is a Goodwill Ambassador of the International Conference of Midwives (ICM) and has been applauded globally for her immense interventions in Maternal and Child Health, are putting together another ceremony in one of the world's famous capitals. This event, we gathered, will be attended by renowned world citizens and celebrities.
