CKN Readers Reacts To Bus Bombings In Kano

CKN Nigeria readers have reacted to the bombing at Sabongari Kano on Monday that killed over seventy five people.

Here is what they have to say."

  • Ejim Tina It is terrible, only God will save us.
  • Catherine Ighalo God Almighty, pls come to our rescue.
  • Desola Bakare @CKN, is this not a lame duck president? People, we are on our own and only God can save us. Like Kanye said about Bush in the New Orleans disaster,'' he doesnt care about us''. I also always find it ironic and unjust that northerners can live undisturbed anyway in other parts of Naija other than their homeland, but other indegenes are always targets of untold horrors just for trying to make a living in this country we call home.God please come to our aid! Since the govt is unable and unwilling to do anything concrete after more than three years of this carnage.
  • Dare Yange Seriki How long? It shall continue..... with due respect we live in a banana republic .
Statement of condemnation always no action or strategy to put an end to rbese killings .
We need to reach a consensus? where we ask ourselves can we live peacefully together again?
  • Socrates Ebo The North is not our home.
  • Egesie Chinyeaka Iyke every crime in the north is under the pretend of religiou.
  • Smart Uba The Bus crew are careless in a state where Boko Haram is Operating they did not search their passengers. That is carelessness.
  • M'nyk Airmenike One nigeria! The only reason we igbos are leaving our eastern states and keep developing other regions...60% of property in every nigeria commercial states are own by igbos alone...so why wount it happen to them.....is there any hausa or yoruba man ever bought land in the south\east...NO or yoruba buying frm the north and vice verca....after the civil war,I ll rather ask the igbos again like Ojukwu did...how long will it take u to realize and wake from ur slumber.God cannot come to ur rescue when u fail to use ur head.go ahead, buy their lands build castles there and come home for Xmas and share 1 room wt ur brothersndiala
  • David Christopher 30 passengers? The figure of at least 100 has been given by eye witnesses.
  • Ola Bakare OMG!what is Nigeria turning into?
  • Anthonia Dooshima Oguah How long does the igbo's want to stay up there to realise that it is time to stay away . Painful we are used as sacrifice. God is watching and there is limit to human endurance in everything.
  • Jessica Oladunni Onadipe The igbos need to leave en masse and quickly too. The south and east are much better anyway
  • Olusegun Akinlabi Amnesty my foot!!!!
  • Chichi Udu Hmmnn God help us
  • Juliana Taiwo Obalonye Seriously, the governors in the east is about time you ask you people to return and get a place to resettle them both place of abode and business. Enough of this madness!!!
  • Ngozi Elizabeth Idika Ibos should go to Oyingbo and bomb every damn bus headed North! that is where they load. nonsense!
  • Ejim Tina @ CKN, heard over 100 died
  • Adeola Amusat Say na lyk dis we go dey look?
  • Chris Okechukwu Albert Obiako This is barbaric, to say the least. How can human beings butcher others in the name of religion, and tomorrow an Emir or Imam will come out and preach unity to us? Who do they think they are fooling? They go into d mosques and secret places and arm their followers with arms, ammunition and BOMBS! Then, they attend conferences and seminars, where they mount d podium and talk about co-existence, harmony, unity and stuff. These guys are hypocrites! President Jonathan and his praise-singers are not helping matters too. To imagine that Senator Ndume and some of the Northern governors, who were indicted for one act of terrorism or the other, are still siting among human beings, when their acolytes are busy maiming and killing innocent Nigerians is LAUGHABLE. President Jonathan should wake up from his HUGE slumber and save us from the menace of these CRIMINALS.
  • Seyi Odewale Dis one don tire me ooo

  • Tessy Ehighibe Nwaobasi May God help us.
  • Babat Dele How long will people with good conscience keep silent and do nothing in the face of absence of leadership?
  • Adeola Adeosun May their soul rest in peace!!! Where was Mr president when dis was happening? he was launching an appeal fund 4his local govt, doh, like they need it and was busy defending his stupid granting of 'freedom' to armed Robbers. Dis situation need urgent a...See More
  • Olufemi Kenny-Adetipe These are d wolves d sultan of Sokoto & d elites 4rm d north said FG should grant amnesty. Can anybody just tell a reason why these blood sucking elements must not be destroyed, masacared, & be removed totally 4rm d face of d earth? Dis is 2 much 2 bear.

  7. Hope another civil war will not erupt soon. Hope Americas predictions of Nigeria breaking soon won't come to pass. This high level of injustice by the bokoharam sect is becoming unacceptable.
